We offer a full refund on all IntegritySystems products within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — the tool didn't meet your expectations, it doesn't fit your workflow, or you simply changed your mind — contact us and we'll process your refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@integritysystems.io with your order number or the email address used at purchase. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment processor, back to your original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

After a refund is processed, your license file will no longer validate and the software will revert to trial mode. You are not required to uninstall the software — the trial version remains available for your use.

After 30 Days

Refund requests received after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be satisfied and will work with you to find a resolution.
